To the citizens of the United States and those who call the United States of America Home,

It has become apparent that we are once again at a time of questioning during our history. The original Federalist Papers offer arguments and discourse about a unified government and federal power--the 'what if' questions that occur after a king and before a democratic republic. The Federalist Papers were divisive and provocative. I hope to help heal over hurt with our arguments. As the Federalist Papers were written by several authors, so here too, arguments will be made by a group of writers. Not all authors will agree with everything each believes, but this makes the discourse rewarding and authentic. As, time passes, we will all learn from each other. Some will be anonymous for safety.

I argue that the first necessity is the understanding that we have a president NOT a king. We do not deify a person to the point where they can commit any crime and not be held accountable--even in office. If a treaty is deemed illegal due to personal motives versus the good of the governed people, I argue that the president can be charged or censored because of the action. No one should be above the law. No one should collude with our enemies and decide for the people who those enemies are.

I am pro-Ukraine, and I find that the country would have averaged support for Ukraine over Putin before the Oval Office Betrayal. Now, MAGA talking points are about how they distrust Zelenskyy. They have been given no reason to except for propaganda from MAGA leaders and President Trump himself. I say that this is an act of a king or a dictator. Presidents decide policy and create it, but they rarely, without mandate, attempt to realign themselves against the nation's long held enemies and reverse allegiance. Having a king not only goes against the Constitution but goes against the United States of America's interests. Our respect and safety as a country has lessened worldwide as has the safety of the people as our words of dissent intensify.

Dissent. Bow to no king.
